Initial consultation and nutritional assessment
Duration : one hour – 55 euros
During this consultation, we will look deeper into your medical conditions, your eating habits and your lifestyle. Together, we will discuss your motivation and set up goals. Following this consultation, I will provide a personalised nutritional assessment, together with recommandations to follow and, more importantly, nutritional advice and practical tips to suit your lifestyle.
Follow-up consultation
Duration : 30 minutes – 35 euros
Three months nutritional coaching package
(Nutritional assessment + 5 consultations)
200 euros
Nutritional guidance during pregnancy package
140 euros

3 follow-up consultations (2nd trimester, 3rd trimester and post-natal)
